The approved pedestrian management plan for this work involves blocking every access point to a mile-long stretch of sidewalk, rendering multiple bus stops and a parking lot inaccessible. The sidewalk here is also signed as a bike facility. Normally, I'd ride on it. Yesterday, I was forced into the road. This is how it went down. The best part is the end, where multiple drivers got fed up with my slow uphill slog and just...drove on the wrong side of the road for a while.
