Es klingt fast zu gut, um wahr zu sein: Sie erhöhen die Artenvielfalt, bauen fruchtbaren Boden auf, absorbieren große Mengen CO2, produzieren eine Vielfalt an Nahrungsmitteln, benötigen keinerlei Pestizide oder chemische Dünger und können auch unter schwierigen klimatischen Bedingungen gedeihen.</p>
