This talk introduces OpenPOIs, a schema for conflating open place datasets including OSM, Overture Maps, and Foursquare OS Places. It briefly introduces each of these datasets, runs through the statistical conflation process, and demonstrates how the combined POIs can help us understand the unique strengths of OSM across the US.
