            <content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>@heartlandurbanist Yeah, at least in this direction there was a warning sign, so that the steel plate wasn't quite as surprising. Unfortunately the garbage cans are a constant, I think because they actually get picked up from the bike lane from the street (there's no ally behind these houses).</p>
