            <content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>You didn't mention it in the video, so apologies if you already did this, but if not consider adding a bit of medium strength thread locker to those pins; otherwise even right side up they're likely to back out over time! How do you like the two sided pedals? The one time I've tried them I felt like I was always ending up on the wrong side for the shoes I was wearing, but maybe it was just me, I'd like to give them another go!</p>

            <content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>@alex I repair flats, change tires and tubes, and adjust derailleurs and brakes. Anything more I take to the LBS. I'd like to learn more though. I've been meaning to reach out to one of the local bike rescue groups, since that would be a good way to learn while also giving back to the community (and getting more bikes onto the roads).</p>
