Any traffic light junction which gives a green light to drivers turning right at the same time as giving cyclists going straight a green light will always encourage drivers to turn right across the cycle-lane. It's been obvious forever that this would happen, hasn't it ?

We have those designs in the city where I live and the problem shown repeatedly in your video absolutely never occurs here.
