Wetlands filter our water and protect our communities. Despite their importance, up-to-date wetland data remains fragmented, resulting in decision-making based on incomplete information. To address this, this project collaborates with OSM US to create the Open Wetlands Map, enabling everyone from kayakers to agencies to add their observations in the first openly accessible, community maintained dataset for wetlands. This session provides a chance for the OSM community to shape this new shared asset. Originally published by OSM US under a CC license: https://youtube.com/watch?v=8n_fUBEUbWE
